CITY's e-Learning Management System is integrated with the CITY's network domain. This means that your Claroline account credentials (username and password) are the same ones used for accessing CITY's email and the computers in the labs.
- If you can not login into Claroline, first make sure that you are typing your username and password correctly. Claroline is case-sensitive and all the characters of both the username and password must be typed in lowercase characters.
- If you still can not login, then you must send an email to CITY's system administrator at email@example.com and request that your password be emailed to you. Have in mind that your email should include your student ID number.
